Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 small beet (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- 1/2 orange (peeled)
- 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
- 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen)
- 1 tsp turmeric
Blend together in a blender adding more liquid as needed to achieve the desired consistency!
