Meet Dr. McCall
Double board-certified, with residency and fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He emphasizes active listening, respect, and treatment plans built around each patient.
Meet Dr. FallinFounded the practice in 2002 after serving as anesthesiology department chairman at Wayne Memorial Hospital. His work established a lasting commitment to pain care in eastern North Carolina.
Meet Dr. Long
Trained at Barton College and South University. She focuses on patient education, building trust, and helping patients understand their conditions and take an active role in their care.
Meet Michelle
A UNC Chapel Hill–trained adult nurse practitioner with more than 10 years in pain management. She addresses the physical and emotional aspects of pain and values meaningful patient relationships.

Earned her physician assistant master’s degree and Doctor of Medical Science at Southern Illinois University. Her care focuses on chronic pain and spine conditions, helping patients restore function and independence.

Initial consultations are scheduled with a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. You will discuss your history, symptoms, and questions about treatment options.
Bring your completed new patient form, insurance card, photo ID, current medications, and copay. Please arrive 15 minutes early. View patient forms and information.
