Eastern Regional Pain Specialists treats acute and chronic pain for patients across eastern North Carolina — back and neck pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, arthritis, joint pain and nerve pain. Our double board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants combine non-surgical procedures performed in our on-site procedure center with physical therapy, medication management and continued care. All patients are seen by physician referral.
