Eastern Regional Pain Specialists is an interventional pain management practice in Goldsboro, serving Wayne County and eastern North Carolina. We accept patients by physician referral only.
How to refer a patient
Complete our referral form and fax it to (919) 751-0890, or call our office at (919) 751-8444 to discuss a referral. Our staff will contact the patient directly to schedule.
What to send with the referral
- Patient name, date of birth and contact number
- Insurance information
- Reason for referral and relevant history
- Recent imaging reports, if available
- Current medication list
What happens next
A member of our staff will call your patient to schedule their first appointment. Initial consultations are scheduled with our nurse practitioner or physician assistant, who will take a full history and discuss treatment options. Patients are asked to bring their completed new patient form, insurance card, photo ID and current medications.

Our providers
Our team includes three double board-certified physicians in anesthesiology and pain medicine, alongside a physician assistant and two nurse practitioners. Non-surgical procedures are performed in our on-site procedure center. Eastern Regional Pain Specialists is part of NeuroCarolina and Raleigh Neurosurgical Clinic.
